You'll collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams at innovative companies, helping them adopt Builder's visual development platform. You'll lead onboarding, debug issues, and create enablement resources to drive AI-powered digital experiences.

Requirements

• 4+ years front-end development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Vue, Angular)
• Interest in AI workflow enablement and LLM-based development
• Familiarity with headless CMS, APIs, GraphQL
• Proven customer-facing experience with complex software solutions
• Strategic thinking and adaptability in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Lead interactive onboarding programs for enterprise design and engineering teams
• Guide customers through implementing and optimizing Builder's platform
• Collaborate with developers and designers to debug issues and build projects
• Identify and scale high-impact AI workflows to drive measurable ROI
• Develop enablement resources and playbooks from customer engagements
