Description
You will architect a high-velocity partner ecosystem of Consulting Partners, GSIs, and Agencies in Japan, embedding Amplitude's AI-native analytics into their digital transformation strategies. You'll recruit partners, enable them on the platform, co-sell with them to close new logos, and drive strategic territory planning.
Requirements
- 12+ years total in SaaS sales or alliances
- 5+ years specifically managing enterprise-level partnerships in Japan (Big Data, AI, Cloud, or Analytics)
- Understanding of modern data stack (Snowflake, Databricks, etc.)
- Ability to explain AI-native intelligence layer value
Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit high-impact partners (GSIs, Boutique Consultancies, MarTech Agencies) for AI-first product strategy
- Train and certify partners on Amplitude's AI-native platform
- Drive net new logo growth by leading joint sales cycles with partners
- Take a quantitative approach to territorial planning in Japan
- Work with global Alliances team to localize AI-driven partner programs for Japan
