๐ผ About This Role
You'll define and elevate Enterprise Support at Figma as a founding member of our Bengaluru hub. Your work will deliver exceptional experiences for Figma's most strategic customers. You'll partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to shape workflows and influence tooling.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Diagnose complex customer inquiries via email and own cases to resolution
- Guide large organizations through SAML/SSO and SCIM configurations
- Act as escalation point for high-risk issues and drive cross-functional solutions
- Identify trends and advocate for product improvements to Engineering
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years experience in technical SaaS support for Enterprise customers
- Experience troubleshooting SAML/SSO and SCIM configurations
- Experience with system administration for large end-user communities
- Fluency in English is required
โจ Nice to Have
- Skilled in Adobe XD, Sketch, or Framer
- Familiarity with AI concepts like prompt refinement or generative AI
