Description

You will partner with business leaders and HR cross-functional teams to translate business priorities into HR strategies, coach leaders on change management, and drive workforce planning to support scaling. You'll collaborate with centers of excellence on recruitment, total rewards, and culture initiatives while ensuring compliance with HR policies.

Requirements

• 12+ years progressive HRBP experience
• Bachelors in HR, business, or related field
• Biotech/pharma business acumen
• Strategic HRBP focus with strong consultative skills
• Experience in high-growth, dynamic environment

Responsibilities
