💼 About This Role

You'll work directly with enterprise customers to design and deploy production-grade AI infrastructure and agent systems. You'll architect scalable, secure deployments and build reliable agent applications using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph. This role combines software development, platform engineering, and customer-facing skills.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design scalable infrastructure for AI platform deployments
• Implement multi-agent systems using LangChain/LangGraph
• Lead technical maturity assessments with enterprise customers
• Build evaluation frameworks and optimize prompts with A/B testing

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in customer-facing technical roles like Solutions Architect
• 3+ years designing production infrastructure on GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Strong Kubernetes experience including cluster design and autoscaling
• 1+ years building production AI/ML applications or agents

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm)
• Experience with vector stores and RAG patterns
• Strong Python or TypeScript development skills
