💼 About This Role

You'll join our machine shop team to fabricate and assemble robotic prototypes and small production series for autonomous construction robots. You'll help maintain our fleet of robots and occasionally work on-site. This role offers variety in a fast-paced startup environment working on novel robotic systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Fabricate and assemble R&D prototypes of robotic hardware
• Maintain fleet of robots with health checks and repairs
• Assist in running robots and building testing rigs
• Improve designs for small series production and provide DFM feedback

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on assembly experience with metal parts
• Comfortable using power tools like angle grinders
• Able to read bill of materials and organize parts
• Strong attention to detail and quality checks

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with hydraulic or pneumatic systems
• Familiarity with wiring and basic electronics
• Knowledge of DFM and DFA principles
