You will serve as the first point of contact for technical support, maintaining workstations, user profiles, and applications while ensuring security and resolving IT tickets in a timely manner. This role is crucial to supporting GILLIG's IT infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year Service Desk experience
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and install workstations for maximum uptime
  • Create and maintain user profiles in Active Directory
  • Maintain knowledge base for problem resolution
  • Resolve IT tickets within target time and follow up
  • Install and maintain applications
