Description

You will lead the strategy and execution of SoFi's premium membership program, SoFi Plus, driving multi-product adoption and member loyalty. You'll define the product vision, collaborate across teams, and ensure a world-class member experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience
• Proven track record scaling membership, subscription, or loyalty programs at scale
• Ability to see big picture and weave financial products into cohesive value proposition
• Exceptional communication skills to influence C-suite
• Analytical mindset to model impact of membership benefits

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year product vision for SoFi Plus, identifying new benefits to drive adoption
• Own end-to-end membership journey from discovery to retention
• Collaborate with leaders across Money, Invest, Credit Card, and Lending for unified benefits
• Create and communicate high-fidelity product roadmap to align stakeholders and teams
• Define North Star metrics for Membership success and iterate based on data
