🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage quarterly fund financial statements and monthly reporting
• Build and maintain financial models for forecasting and analysis
• Coordinate fund audits, tax filings, and K-1 preparation
• Oversee cash management, journal entries, and payment processing

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in fund or partnership accounting or financial analysis
• Strong experience in financial modeling and advanced Excel
• Knowledge of partnership accounting and tax structures
• Ability to interpret legal and financial agreements

• Experience with LIHTC structures
• CPA designation
• Master's degree preferred
