Description

As a Sr Accountant, you will own and execute close activities, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, and ensure timely and accurate reporting. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and support SOX compliance and external audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CPA progress preferred
• 4+ years of relevant experience, mix of Big 4 public accounting and high-growth public software/technology company
• Strong US GAAP knowledge, SOX controls, and Big 4 external audit experience
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with Netsuite, LeaseQuery, Coupa, BlackLine, FloQast a plus
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to adapt in fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Own and execute close activities, prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and flux analyses
• Assist in developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures for SOX compliance
• Support external audit by managing PBC requests and providing walkthroughs
• Identify and implement process improvements to shorten close timeline and enhance accuracy
• Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, International teams, AP, Procurement, Payroll, RevOps, and IT
