💼 About This Role

You'll lead training and onboarding for new clinical team members at FirstSteps, a pediatric therapy provider. You'll ensure clinicians are set up for success through in-person instruction and mentorship. This role combines clinical engagement with developing the next generation of leaders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Talent Acquisition to interview and select candidates
• Lead and facilitate New Instructor Trainings with in-person instruction
• Administer training assessments to ensure clinical readiness
• Support team members in preparing for RBT certification
• Provide ongoing mentorship throughout first 90 days

📋 Requirements

• Experience as a BCBA or BCBA candidate
• 2+ years supervising and training clinical staff
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based behavioral treatment

• Experience with RBT certification preparation
• Background in pediatric autism therapy
