💼 About This Role

You'll lead end‑to‑end integration, verification, and validation of the Lightspeed Link segment, including ground‑to‑space and space‑to‑ground communications. You'll own the testing strategy, plan and execute tests, and drive issue resolution to ensure system requirements and operational readiness.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and maintain verification plans and test procedures.
• Plan and execute laboratory, simulation, and integrated system tests.
• Review and approve supplier test plans and reports.
• Lead issue identification, triage, and root cause analysis.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Telecommunications.
• 8–12 years of relevant engineering experience.
• At least 3 years in a technical leadership or management role.
• Experience with system-level integration and verification for complex systems.

• Experience with satellite constellations or large‑scale communications networks.
• Background in radio frequency systems or payload validation.
