🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise preventive maintenance and repair operations
• Schedule emergency repairs based on priority and crew abilities
• Perform equipment inspections and quality assurance
• Maintain and repair buildings, utilities, and equipment

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years construction management experience
• Highest-level relevant state/local license for Stationary Engineer or HVAC
• Universal level refrigerant recovery license
• Building automation systems experience

• High-rise Fire Safety Director certification
• Haz-Mat, Indoor Air Quality, or LEED certification
