💼 About This Role

You'll lead and scale affiliate and creator programs across Amazon and DTC channels, owning performance marketing for a fast-growing ecommerce company. You'll drive a full site redesign focused on conversion rate optimization and partner with merchandising teams to promote priority products. This role offers flexible remote work with quarterly in-person collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and scale the affiliate program across Amazon and DTC channels
• Build and launch a creator/influencer program from the ground up
• Drive full redesign of the VMI DTC site with CRO focus
• Own performance reporting across Amazon and DTC

📋 Requirements

• 3-6 years of growth or performance marketing experience
• Proven experience managing affiliate or creator programs
• Strong understanding of ecommerce conversion principles
• Data-driven mindset with experience building dashboards and tracking KPIs

✨ Nice to Have

• Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central experience
• Experience across both Amazon and DTC channels
