You'll lead a team at a new Insomnia Cookies location in downtown Boston, focusing on hospitality-driven service and team development. You'll drive sales, manage inventory, and create a fun store culture while benefiting from great training and growth opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, coach, and develop part-time hourly staff.
• Lead food quality, customer service, and store cleanliness.
• Manage and audit inventory for proper controls.
• Create and execute local marketing drops and recognition programs.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of management/leadership in restaurant or retail.
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thursday-Sunday.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams, and an Applicant Tracking System.
• Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mentality.
