You'll serve as a trusted H1 partner for life sciences clients, driving adoption of our healthcare data platform. You'll build deep relationships, conduct business reviews, and ensure measurable value from our solutions. This role combines strategic project management with proactive customer engagement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary point of contact for client engagements
• Conduct regular business reviews to track KPIs
• Plan and execute user training sessions
• Proactively monitor customer sentiment and mitigate risks

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in Customer Success or Account Management for Enterprise SaaS
• Bilingual (Spanish & English) required
• Experience working in or with Life Sciences
• Experience managing high-priority accounts with project management

• Medical Affairs or Clinical experience
• Experience with H1 platform or similar healthcare data tools
