🎯 What You'll Do

• Set objectives and coach team members to achieve them
• Monitor and evaluate Patient Ambassador performance against KPIs
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for management
• Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails to schedule consultations

📋 Requirements

• 18+ months of supervisory experience in a call center or similar role
• Experience leading a team of at least 5 individuals
• Proven record of evaluating staff performance using KPIs
• Proficiency with MS Office suite

• Experience overseeing remote teams
• Background in a sales-oriented organization
• Familiarity with telephone systems and dual-screen operations
