💼 About This Role

You'll design and implement AI-powered improvements across marketing systems and technology stack, partnering with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to turn complex funnels into scalable, automated experiences. You'll drive the rollout of AI-driven automation and optimize the lead-to-customer funnel.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive AI-driven automation use cases across Marketing, Sales, and Product
• Analyze and optimize the lead-to-customer funnel with CRM, Sales, and Product teams
• Co-evolve lead scoring model with behavioral and firmographic signals
• Build consent-aware journey enablement components like segments and decision trees

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Product, Growth, Marketing Operations, Performance Marketing, or CRM
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on A/B testing, funnel, and behavioral analysis
• Working knowledge of Braze (or similar), CDPs, CMS platforms, and automation frameworks
• Sound understanding of GDPR and privacy-first marketing principles

• Deep experience implementing AI-based workflows or predictive models in marketing tech
