🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage census and patient throughput to achieve goals.
• Process applications and data entry across multiple systems.
• Conduct tours and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate with case managers for smooth hospital-to-SNF transitions.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of Skilled Nursing Facility admissions experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

✨ Nice to Have

• AA, AS, BA, or BS degree.
• Skilled nursing billing and insurance experience.
• Experience with EMR, Allscripts, Curaspan.
