Description

You will lead a team of Design Release Engineers to develop wheel guidance components for our electric truck and rugged SUV programs. You'll oversee the full engineering lifecycle from concept through validation, working cross-functionally to ensure components meet performance, safety, and cost targets.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering
Proven experience in chassis or suspension component development
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of ride dynamics, durability, NVH, and manufacturing
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Design Release Engineers for wheel guidance components
Oversee concept creation, simulations, design releases, and engineering documentation
Guide team through DFMEA, DVP&R, design reviews, prototyping, and validation testing
Work with suppliers on feasibility, timing, cost, and quality
Drive cross-functional integration with vehicle dynamics, CAE, and other systems
