💼 About This Role

You'll join CodaMetrix as a Senior Medical Coding Analyst, leveraging AI-powered autonomous coding solutions to optimize Revenue Cycle Management. Your core impact will be ensuring coding quality exceeds customer expectations, driving efficiency under both fee-for-service and value-based care models. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams like Machine Learning and Product, playing a pivotal role in improving coding operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze customer coding workflows to optimize use of CodaMetrix platform.
• Assist with Coding Quality Assessment projects and offshore staff training.
• Serve as SME on medical coding and billing across service lines.
• Develop and deliver evaluation and training materials for coding and billing.

📋 Requirements

• Current AHIMA or AAPC coding credential held for 5+ years.
• 5+ years of coding and auditing experience with progressive growth.
• CPC, CCS, or CIRCC certification required.
• Demonstrated experience with CPT coding in pathology.
