Description

You will identify and manage asset reliability risks to maximize factory uptime for Starlink production. Your work ensures consistent performance of critical equipment and systems, directly supporting the expansion of global internet access.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, aerospace, systems, or manufacturing engineering
• 1+ years engineering experience in manufacturing, integration, reliability, or operations
• 2+ years in maintenance engineering and reliability in high-volume manufacturing preferred
• Hands-on experience with equipment control systems and industrial automation preferred
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (ITAR)

Responsibilities

• Work with project engineering to ensure reliability and sustainability of new and modified installations
• Guide efforts to ensure consistency and maintainability of critical equipment and systems
• Develop and improve preventative maintenance strategies to minimize production downtime
• Define, design, and monitor asset maintenance plans including predictive testing methodologies
• Provide technical support to production and maintenance personnel
