💼 About This Role

You'll oversee the development and support of partner fulfillment centers to ensure they meet performance standards. You'll manage new site startups, including project management, systems training, and equipment setup, and build solid partnerships to facilitate success. This role requires on-site presence near Bolingbrook, IL and involves weekend work as needed.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach and guide SFN partner staff through tailored training sessions
• Troubleshoot onboarding issues and manage 60-90 day implementation phase
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure world-class merchant experience
• Travel to sites for operational audits and new implementations

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of operations leadership in e-commerce fulfillment
• Advanced understanding of outbound and inbound fulfillment operations
• Strong interpersonal skills to build consensus and gain buy-in
• On-site availability within 1 hour of Bolingbrook, IL
