You'll manage material flow for autonomous surface vessels at Saronic Technologies. You'll optimize inventory and support production builds in a dynamic environment. This role ensures compliance with DoD regulations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end tactical supply plans for NPI and production builds.
• Translate engineering demand into ERP/MRP material requirements.
• Optimize factory planning parameters to reduce shortages.
• Drive BOM maturity and change management execution.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering.
• 5+ years supply chain planning experience in manufacturing.
• 1+ years experience with NPI and change management.
• ERP/MRP system proficiency (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

✨ Nice to Have

• Defense or advanced technology product experience.
• Knowledge of DoD regulations.
• Startup environment experience.
