💼 About This Role

You'll own Redox's AI platform portfolio including AI-enabled UX, AI agents, and AI in data processing. You'll drive agentic product strategy from MCP Server foundation to native agent support. You'll equip sales and CS to position Redox's AI platform story accurately.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the AI platform portfolio: AI-enabled UX, AI agents, AI in data processing
• Define and maintain Redox's AI investment framework and KPIs
• Lead Redox's agentic product strategy through 2027
• Scope and drive platform features for enterprise customer base
• Partner with GTM to enable vendor customer growth and expansion

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS
• Shipped AI or ML-powered features from alpha to production
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic architectures
• Technical depth to engage with engineering on API design and infrastructure

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with healthcare data or clinical workflows
• Familiarity with MCP or agentic frameworks
• Experience evaluating AI cost/quality tradeoffs at scale
