You'll own Render's hiring engine at a pivotal growth moment, building scalable recruiting systems and partnering with executive leadership. Your impact will shape the company's talent density through strategic workforce planning.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Set and execute multi-year talent strategy
- Own workforce planning with finance and exec leadership
- Build recruiting systems, processes, and tooling
- Lead and develop a team of recruiters and coordinators
- Ensure hiring bar is consistent across all functions
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years of recruiting experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Experience with end-to-end hiring plans at scale from early to growth stage
- Strong analytical instincts with capacity modeling and reporting
- Proven ability to build and develop a recruiting team
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience hiring across multiple functions (EPD, GTM, and G&A)
- Familiarity with Ashby or similar ATS platforms
- Experience standing up recruiting operations function
