You'll own Render's hiring engine at a pivotal growth moment, building scalable recruiting systems and partnering with executive leadership. Your impact will shape the company's talent density through strategic workforce planning.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Set and execute multi-year talent strategy
  • Own workforce planning with finance and exec leadership
  • Build recruiting systems, processes, and tooling
  • Lead and develop a team of recruiters and coordinators
  • Ensure hiring bar is consistent across all functions

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years of recruiting experience with 3+ years in leadership
  • Experience with end-to-end hiring plans at scale from early to growth stage
  • Strong analytical instincts with capacity modeling and reporting
  • Proven ability to build and develop a recruiting team

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience hiring across multiple functions (EPD, GTM, and G&A)
  • Familiarity with Ashby or similar ATS platforms
  • Experience standing up recruiting operations function
