You'll lead and scale the Professional Services organization for a fast-paced SaaS company, ensuring enterprise customers achieve rapid time-to-value through scalable delivery processes. π― What You'll Do
- Lead and scale the Professional Services and implementation organization.
- Develop and standardize project governance frameworks and KPIs.
- Oversee enterprise implementation projects end-to-end.
- Manage and mentor Technical Project and Program Managers.
π Requirements
- 7+ years of leadership in Professional Services within SaaS.
- PMP certification required.
- Proven expertise leading complex enterprise SaaS implementations.
- Strong operational and strategic planning capabilities.
β¨ Nice to Have
- Six Sigma or process improvement certifications.
- Experience in the Energy & Utilities sector.
