You will own the moments that matter in the employee experience—from onboarding to everyday questions—while building scalable HR processes in a high-growth tech environment. Partner with the HR Manager to make HR a competitive advantage.

Requirements

• 3+ years dedicated HR experience in a high-growth or tech environment
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms (Paylocity, Greenhouse preferred)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with data and HR reporting

Responsibilities

• Champion the new hire experience, designing seamless hybrid onboarding
• Maintain onboarding documentation, processes, and new hire communications
• Manage offboarding logistics and conduct exit interviews
• Serve as first point of contact for employee HR questions and support
• Administer benefits, payroll updates, and employee records
