💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end provider onboarding program at a vertically integrated AI-powered platform transforming post-acute care. Your work will directly improve patient access to essential medical equipment and supplies. You'll build scalable onboarding systems that drive industry-leading provider retention.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deliver provider onboarding materials and live sessions
• Scale onboarding from 2-3 to 5+ providers per week
• Track provider performance and iterate on the program
• Maintain strong provider relationships throughout onboarding

📋 Requirements

• 2–3+ years in clinician onboarding or provider implementation
• Experience building onboarding programs from scratch
• Deep understanding of the telehealth lifecycle
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of DME product categories and Medicare/Medicaid
• Experience with Healthie EMR
