🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead all Starbucks operations including deliveries and inventory management.
• Coach baristas on safety, standard work, and productivity.
• Meet budget targets for productivity, labor, and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with Gopuff and legal regulations.

📋 Requirements

• 2 years of manager/supervisor experience.
• Proficiency in computer usage, email, and Google Suite.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to coach and mentor.
• Proven track record as a change agent with improving processes.

✨ Nice to Have

• 1 year in QSR and/or cafe preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mentality in a sales-focused environment.
