💼 About This Role

You'll partner with senior leaders to shape global hiring strategies for Sales, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Operations, Strategy, and Marketing. You'll drive end-to-end recruiting and use data to influence decisions. This role offers high visibility with executive stakeholders in a fast-growing fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Partner with executives to define hiring needs and talent strategies.
  • Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies for corporate roles.
  • Own end-to-end recruiting from outreach to offer.
  • Use recruiting metrics to drive decisions and improve efficiency.
  • Champion interviewer calibration and employer branding.

📋 Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • 2+ years in-house recruiting experience.
  • Proven track record hiring across Sales, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Operations, Strategy, and Marketing.
  • Experience partnering with senior business leaders.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in fast-paced tech or fintech industry.
  • Experience hiring in multiple EMEA countries, including Israel.
