🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a team of Professional Services Engineers.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of implementation and migration projects for enterprise customers.
• Coach team members through 1:1s, feedback, and structured career development.
• Monitor project health and proactively identify delivery risks.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Architects to resource engagements.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience leading technical, customer-facing teams in professional services or enterprise software.
• Strong technical background in software delivery, DevSecOps, or platform engineering.
• Experience managing complex implementation or migration programs with measurable outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to handle escalations and drive resolution in high-pressure environments.
