💼 About This Role

You'll support day-to-day accounting operations in a fast-paced environment as part of a national HVAC innovation team. You'll maintain accurate financial records and ensure GAAP compliance while reporting directly to the Business Unit Controller.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Assist with month-end and year-end close
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Monitor expenses, accruals, and prepaid accounts

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 2-4 years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar)

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA or CPA candidate
• Experience with ERP systems
• Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
