💼 About This Role

You'll oversee the entire program for a federal government contract, ensuring deliverables and SLAs are met. You'll communicate with key government personnel and provide administrative direction to subordinate leads. This role offers the corporate authority to recruit, hire, terminate personnel, and commit resources as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee the entire program for the contract and all associated teams.
• Ensure deliverables are provided and SLAs are adhered to.
• Communicate with key government personnel including SDOD Director, Call Center Manager, and COR.
• Provide administrative direction to subordinate leads with authority to hire, terminate, and commit resources.

📋 Requirements

• Holds ITIL Certification.
• Fifteen (15) years of management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Management, or equivalent.

✨ Nice to Have

• Help Desk Institute (HDI) certifications.
• HDI Support Center Director preferred.
