Description

You will lead a product feature team at IP Fabric, transforming network discovery data into scalable customer-facing features. Your focus is on team effectiveness, delivery, and growth, working closely with Product Management and guiding technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of 6-8 backend and full-stack engineers
• Partner with Product to shape scope, priorities, and delivery plans
• Guide technical decision-making and architectural direction
• Create a healthy, predictable delivery environment
• Hire, onboard, and grow engineers over time
