You'll own the paid growth strategy for Shapr3D, a multi-platform 3D design tool that's reimagining CAD. Your core impact will be architecting scalable acquisition channels that prove ROI and unlock increased investment. You'll lead the PLG evolution, directly influencing product acquisition for future launches.

• Identify and execute critical growth opportunities without a predefined manual.
• Architect strategies to scale marketing spend while maintaining ROI.
• Educate senior stakeholders on growth tactics with data-backed reasoning.

📋 Requirements

• Seasoned expertise in Paid Growth with deep knowledge to operate immediately.
• Proven track record in PLG environments focusing on product-driven acquisition.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to correlate spend to revenue.
• Extreme independence and 'figure it out' mentality in ambiguity.

• Experience with B2B SaaS growth.

• Prior experience at a Series B or later startup.
