💼 About This Role
You'll lead CarTrawler's growth within the global loyalty ecosystem by identifying, negotiating, and executing high-value B2B partnerships. This senior role involves shaping market positioning and leading complex multi-year negotiations. You'll act as the senior subject matter expert, influencing commercial and product direction while building trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline of B2B loyalty partnerships.
- Lead end-to-end negotiations for complex, multi-year partnerships.
- Develop commercially robust proposals balancing member value and contribution.
- Translate partner requirements into structured internal briefs across teams.
📋 Requirements
- 10+ years in senior commercial, partnership, or business development roles within loyalty programs.
- Bachelor's degree in business, strategy, or equivalent experience.
- Strong commercial and financial literacy, interpreting P&Ls and business cases.
- Proven track record structuring and closing complex multi-year partnerships.
