🎯 What You'll Do

• Own interview scheduling for technical roles across candidates and teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Support university recruiting programs and early-career hiring workflows.
• Assist with career fairs, campus visits, and virtual events.

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years in recruiting, coordination, or talent operations.
• Familiarity with an ATS (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Workday).
• Strong organizational skills for high-volume scheduling.
• Ability to partner with technical stakeholders.
