• Support scheduling meetings and creating meeting notes
• Provide admin support to field superintendents and project managers
• Obtain lien releases and process invoices
• Monitor company systems and online tools for progress tracking

📋 Requirements

• 1-2+ years in construction industry
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to read construction documents

• Experience with Procore
• Experience working with city officials
• Construction certification (OSHA, LEAD, etc.)
