Description

As a Senior Escalation Engineer at Corelight, you'll be the critical bridge between customers' most complex technical challenges and innovative engineering solutions. You'll drive resolution for complex escalations, conduct deep-dive troubleshooting, and advocate for customer needs internally, ensuring mission-critical success for cybersecurity incidents.

Requirements

• 5+ years in hands-on technical role focusing on post-sales support
• Strong proficiency in UNIX/Linux administration including performance monitoring and debugging
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, routing/switching, and protocols like VLANs, NAT, VPNs
• Experience troubleshooting cloud networking on AWS, Azure, GCP and virtualization (ESXi, Hyper-V)
• BS/BA or equivalent in relevant field

Responsibilities

• Drive Technical Resolution for complex customer escalations and Proof of Concepts
• Conduct advanced root cause analysis involving Linux internals, hardware performance, and network topologies
• Manage multiple high-priority cases simultaneously under pressure
• Act as liaison between field and HQ, translating customer requirements into actionable feedback for Engineering
• Deliver regular status updates to stakeholders adhering to SLAs
