🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a global People Relations services team
• Oversee and advise on complex employee relations cases
• Strengthen case governance, consistency, and risk management
• Coach managers on handling difficult employee situations

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in employee relations or related field
• People management experience leading a team
• Global or multicultural work experience
• Strong knowledge of employment law and investigations
