💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the lead coach for a boutique fitness studio, coaching 10 classes weekly and developing a team of coaches. You'll drive studio utilization and retention while leading community outreach. This role combines hands-on coaching with operational leadership in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach 10 classes per week maintaining a full schedule
• Develop and provide feedback to a team of coaches
• Lead outreach and marketing efforts for community partnerships
• Assist with day-to-day studio operations and client concerns

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of group fitness experience
• Ability to lift/carry 30 pounds
• Proficiency in g-Suite and MS Office (Excel, Google Sheets)
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
