Description

As a Customer Success Manager at Apiiro, you'll own the customer journey from onboarding to expansion, driving adoption and measurable business outcomes for our application security platform. You'll work closely with technical teams and executives to ensure customers achieve risk reduction and developer velocity.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of SDLC Infrastructure (Agile, Scrum, CI/CD, DevSecOps)
  • Knowledge of Application Security tools (SAST, SCA, AI Security, secrets detection)
  • Experience driving measurable ASPM outcomes (risk reduction, adoption metrics, ROI)
  • Familiarity with next-gen security tools such as AI Agents
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

  • Own customer onboarding journey with clear success criteria and risk mitigation
  • Drive adoption through integrations, enablement sessions, and accelerating time-to-first-value
  • Lead customer programs including adoption cadences, executive reporting, and milestone planning
  • Translate technical features into measurable business value and identify whitespace opportunities
  • Serve as voice of customer to Product and Engineering, influencing roadmap improvements
