• Drive market entry from strategy to execution
• Build and execute initial hiring plans
• Support fundraising with materials and coordination
• Handle high-urgency unstructured problems

📋 Requirements

• Background in MBB consulting, top-tier VC, or startups
• Strong generalist able to switch between strategy, hiring, and operations
• High agency - figures things out without waiting for instructions
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment
