You'll lead AI programs within the CorpTech Platform team, driving adoption of AI-enabled automation and agentic workflows across Anduril's internal systems. You'll turn ambiguous problems into clear technical plans and ensure cross-functional alignment to enable an autonomous enterprise. This role is a strategic engine transforming how the company operates end to end.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end execution of AI programs across CorpTech Platform
  • Partner with engineers and product leaders to turn ambiguous problems into plans
  • Drive alignment across data, platform, application, security, and business teams
  • Establish program rhythms including sprint planning, dependency tracking, and risk management

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in technical program management or related role in fast-paced environment
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional software programs
  • Strong technical fluency in modern software systems, APIs, data flows, and architecture
  • U.S. Person status required for export-controlled data access

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience delivering AI/ML or data platform initiatives to production
  • Experience in hypergrowth startup-like environments scaling execution processes
  • Familiarity with LLMs, agents, and AI coding assistants
