You'll own core people cycles and drive culture programs that help every employee do their best work. This highly visible role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, connecting business needs to programs that deliver real competitive advantage.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead talent management strategy, including talent reviews and succession planning
- Build and manage executive coaching programs aligned with business needs
- Design and deliver high-impact learning programs for all employee levels
- Own performance management cycles, engagement surveys, and pulse programs
- Drive AI fluency and enablement efforts across the organization
📋 Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience across talent management, L&D, and people programs
- Proven ability to design and run performance cycles and engagement surveys
- Experience building and facilitating learning programs across multiple employee segments
- Fluent in AI tools and passionate about driving adoption
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-related programs
- Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced degree or coaching certification a plus
