🎯 What You'll Do

• Own a portfolio of cross-functional engineering programs aligned to business strategy.
• Establish and evolve PMO standards, governance, and reporting.
• Lead enterprise use of Jira and related tools for consistent workflows and dashboards.
• Build and mentor a team of program managers, project managers, and Scrum Masters.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of program/project management experience in technology organizations.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams or PMO functions.
• Proven track record delivering complex multi-team engineering programs.
• Hands-on experience with Jira including configuration and reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA) or relevant certifications (PMP, CSM, SAFe).
• Experience in SaaS or cloud-based product environments.
