💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of Associate Solutions Engineers through their technical training journey, overseeing the development and execution of programs in cloud infrastructure, networking, and physical security. You'll manage progress and mentorship to equip ASEs with skills for success. This role is onsite only in San Mateo, focusing on career development and program management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee daily activities of the ASE training program
• Collaborate with leaders to refine training content
• Provide mentorship and career development to ASEs
• Coordinate hands-on technical projects with Verkada's product suite

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing pre-sales technical roles
• Strong understanding of computer networking, cloud architecture, and security infrastructure
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
