You'll develop distributed backend services for data analysis and segmentation at RD Station, a TOTVS company. You'll ensure low-latency, high-availability streaming data pipelines. This role offers the chance to work with event-driven architecture and large-scale data systems in a fully remote setup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop scalable backend services with high quality
• Maintain clear technical documentation for APIs and architecture
• Refactor and evolve legacy systems
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and observability practices
• Mentor junior developers and support squad planning

📋 Requirements

• Solid experience with Ruby on Rails and backend development
• Advanced knowledge of distributed systems and data streaming with Kafka or Pub/Sub
• Experience with analytic databases like Elasticsearch or ClickHouse
• Practice in unit and integration testing

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with observability tools (Datadog, Sentry, Prometheus)
• Knowledge of Kubernetes
• Experience with event-driven architecture
