💼 About This Role

You'll perform advanced installation, maintenance, and repair of wireless communication towers up to 500 feet. You'll lead job sites and mentor less experienced technicians, ensuring project safety and quality. This role requires extensive travel and work in extreme weather conditions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Climb and work on towers up to 500 feet
• Install, test, and maintain antennas and radios
• Lead or assist in assembly of tower structures
• Train and mentor less experienced team members

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of wireless tower construction or maintenance experience
• Competent Climber/Rescue Certification from an accredited institution
• Ability to work at heights up to 500 feet
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

✨ Nice to Have

• OSHA 30 Construction Training Card
• Additional certifications (Hazcom, Blood Borne Pathogen, RF Safety)

🚩 Heads Up

• Requires lifting up to 75 pounds and climbing 500 feet with weight limits 130-310 pounds
• High travel requirement up to 75% of time including weekends
